GENERAL FAQ

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! 

RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, items are non-refundable.

DEFECTS: Please email dopeascosplay@gmail.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this situation right. NOTE: Dope As Cosplay has extremely high-quality control standards. Each set is checked 3x before it ships to help avoid these issues.

EXCHANGES:

Dope As Cosplay does not conduct exchanges. 
 

SHIPPING

SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes! Our  products can be shipped worldwide. At this time due to shipping restrictions on liquid products, our Liquid Glass Lacquer products may only be shipped within the USA with exception to AK, PR, VI, and HI. 

GENERAL INFORMATION: Orders containing in-stock merchandise usually ship same day when placed before 12pm PST Monday - Friday. Otherwise, orders may take 1-2 business days to fulfill (Monday - Friday). Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Please note orders placed during holiday seasons or during select times under COVID may take just a few days longer to fulfill, however we pride ourselves on getting orders out quickly and take measures to do so during peak times to help avoid extra delays. Please note that Dope As Nails is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers as shipping carriers worldwide may experience their own delays due to COVID. 

LOST PACKAGE:  Dope As Nails is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct.  If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page).  After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

RETURN TO SENDER: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is undeliverable and being returned to sender. Typically this means there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to drop off your package and needs your assistance.  If they are unable to redeliver your package, please contact Dopeasnails@gmail.com with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address immediately.  Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be refunded less shipping and receiving costs.

DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver your package, please contact dopeasnails@gmail.com with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address.
